Just a quick note to say I arrived safely and am off for my first full day of the conference. We are meeting Jordanian ministers to discuss water and peace in the region.
Talking of peace in the region, details for our trip into Israel are fluid at this point due to the current situation. Also, whether I take this computer over the border into Israel is also fluid....look at me, using "fluid"! I have water on the brain.

ReplyDeleteI have decided to leave my laptop in Jordan unless the group gets a (long awaited for) letter of acknowledgement from the Israelis that we are visiting the West Bank. If I leave it behind I shall have to update you all when I get back to Jordan.
